A promotion of prof. Michał Paweł Markowski's book, Życie na miarę literatury, whose publication accompanies the Conrad Festival, will be held today at 6 pm in the assembly hall of Centre for Advanced Studies in the Humanities of the Jagiellonian University (Grodzka Street 64). Contrary to previous announcements, it will be chaired by Grzegorz Jankowicz.

On Tuesday evening, Pascal Quignard met his readers in the assembly hall of Collegium Novum of the Jagiellonian University. The meeting was chaired by Krzysztof Rutkowski, a writer and translator of Quignard’s books into Polish.
